- General Description
- The Steel Matrix Strip is used to protect adjacent teeth during cavity preparation and is also used as a matrix to maintain the material in the cavity to be restored.
Made from malleable stainless steel and presented in a coil, it can be cut to the desired size.
It is flexible and adapts to the contours of the proximal surfaces of the teeth. This package contains a 50 cm roll.

Instructions for use of the Matrix Strip
Cut the Steel Matrix Strip to a size compatible with the tooth to be restored, place it in the matrix holder and take this set to the tooth you want to restore. Insert the wedge into the proximal groove for better adaptation of the matrix. After completing the procedure, remove the wedge and the Steel Matrix Strip.
