organization of instruments during the
performance of procedures. Made of
resin that allows sterilization in
autoclave. Its format facilitates cleaning
and sanitizing. Available in several colors
that allow harmony with other products
of your clinic. - INDICATIONS: Used in all health and
medical areas to accommodate,
organize, transport and sterilize
products. - USE INSTRUCTIONS: Sterilize the tray in
autoclave before the procedures,
accommodate the instruments
according to your needs. - CLEANING: The organic matter removal
must be performed in ultrasonic cleaner,
using enzymatic soap (minimum 3
enzymes) in dilution recommended by
the manufacturer. After washing it in
running water, observe presence of
residues, and repeat the process if
necessary. If any residues is left, remove
it manually. - DISINFECTION: 10 minutes in 0.2%
peracetic acid solution. - STERILIZATION: After visual inspection
check the effectiveness of the cleaning
process and pack the product in a
sterilization package. The sterilization
should be done by autoclaving with a
temperature of 121ºc to 135ºc, observing
the recommendations of the autoclave
manufacturer’s instructions manual. - STORAGE: Dispose the product in an
exclusive place, in closed cupboards,
protected from dust and insects,
protected from sun and rain. - COMPOSITION: Polymers and non-toxic
pigments. - PRECAUTION: Sterilize the product before
use. Do not touch the product at
autoclave’s inner wall. - SHELF LIFE: 05 years from manufacturing
date in a non-violated package.
Products durability depends on how it is
handled. Mishandling it and incorrect
sterilization may reduce its useful life.
Check the products condition before
using it and replace it when observing
any damages. - DISPOSAL: This product disposal should
be done according to the current local
environmental legislation.
